Wild Pacific Halibut Portion

The Pacific halibut is the largest flatfish species in the Pacific Ocean, also known as the Alaskan halibut. 

Wild-caught and sustainably harvested, Pacific halibut is MSC certified and harvested off the Pacific coast from Alaska to California. 

Halibut has become a staple in seafood markets and restaurants throughout the world – its mild, slightly sweet flavor, and firm texture is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and highly coveted omega-3 fatty acids. 

Pacific halibut are noted for their thick steaks and fillets, which boast excellent versatility in the kitchen. 

Whitefish is one of the most popular fish in Europe and the United States, but also the highest quality halibut. 

Our halibut is the king of flatfish, coming from the ultra-cold water at the bottom of Alaska's sea ice. 

Real Halibut's catch quotas are very strict, but will always guarantee that the average weight of the fish we catch is 10-40 kg to ensure that our pieces are mellow.
